time to read

Here is my last card for the Prairie Fairy. I used her new image Drakey the Dragon. I picked these colours because the picture I had to use for inspiration had them. I like the red buttons.
The sketch is Stamp with Us.

Hello Earthlings

Hi everyone. My sister is watching a movie right now. I made this card for the Prairie Fairy's challenge (tent cards). I am the Guest Designer for the month of May. I only have a few more days left. I really liked the background of the card because I thought it looked like the alien was in space and I like that. My Mom helped me choose the image. My Mom taught me about how to shade. I drew one smaller but I messed up on the first one so then I decided to make another one. I was going to write Hello Earthlings as a sentiment but I got sidetracked from the hockey game. By the time I remembered to put the hello earthlings on the card My Mom had already posted it on the Prairie Fairy's challenge blog. My Mom let me use her copic markers. This card is for a boy in the U.S who has cancer. He is 5, I think his name is Sam. Thank you for checking my blog.
I am entering the following challenges: Charisma Cardz - 3D challenge, Creative Cottage - boys card, and Dare U 2 Digi Stamp - boys.

One Hungry Bear

I am the Junior Guest Designer for the Prairie Fairy this month. I had to use flowers this week. I picked this image because I thought the bear was funny. I picked the paper because I thought it matched my image. I like the bronze brads in the middle of the flowers. I like the bear and the bee hive that he is holding. I thought the ribbons matched the card base and I like how the four diamonds make one diamond.

I am entering these challenges

Simon Says - sketch, Our Creative Corner - boy card, KL Stampin - animals.

A sunny day

I used one of the Prairie Fairy images. I used this beige paper from my Mom's scrap garbage paper for the recycled challenge at Fairy Fun Fridays. I like the small white lines on the orange ribbon. I thought the red background paper looked nice. I thought the hippo looked cute. The reason I called the title a sunny day is because I thought it looked like a sunny day outside because he was wearing summer clothes and a t-shirt and a hat. Thank you!
My mom says I can enter the animals challenge at Allsorts and boy cards at Cute Card Thursday.

Bookmark

Dustin Pike gave away these images on his blog and they were free. My mom printed them. I had lots of fun colouring the image. My mom made one too. She added the shiny stuff to make it thick. She says it's clear emboss powder. I chose the paper for the background. I love books I think they are interesting, thanks for checking out my blog.

Happy Christmas

Welcome to my blog. This is my first ever handmade card. I decided to make a card for Susie and Vikki's Christmas Challenge. I chose the blue ribbon because I like the sparkles on it. I got the image from the Prairie Fairy. As you can see I colored the nose red.
